  • What if my order is incorrect?
    If we have made a mistake with your order please email us at 'contact@samuraistreewear' and notify us of this so we can work to correct it as soon as we can.
  • Do we do returns/exchanges?
    We do in fact facilitate returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with the product whether that has to do with size or you want a different design. To be eligible for this make sure that all items are in their original condition prior to requesting a return We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items up to 30 days after your order has been received.
  • Can I change my order once it has been shipped?
    Once the order has been shipped you cannot change it until the order is delivered. Once it's delivered, if you still wish to change your order you will have to email our support group at 'contact@samuraistreewear' to organise getting an exchange or refund.
  • Do we ship worldwide
    Yes we ship worldwide.
  • How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
    Once the order is placed and paid for, the order will have been shipped in 2-4 business days depending on how busy our team is with other orders.
  • How long does it take for customer support to respond to my email?
    Our customer support team will endeavor to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving the email.

    Yes we are legit, we are a new and upcoming clothing brand who has a strong dedication to providing people like ourselves with comfy clothing as well as cool unique designs and building a community of like minded people.
